Absolutely perfect location in general, helpful staff who were the managers. The room is well priced. You will find free WiFi and a lounge.

The hotel was clean with great location within walking distance of the convention centre and terrific rooms. Location: the venue was close to central gladstone as well as Close to shops. This was my awesome stay on holidays.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Gladstone and I must say, it was a great experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the incredible value for money. With affordable prices and attention to detail, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location was superb, right in the center of Gladstone near the delightful Rock Salt restaurant. The staff were fantastic, always ready to assist and provide excellent service. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the self-serve continental breakfast offered stunning views of the harbor, especially from the bedroom with its disability bathroom. It was a pleasant surprise to have breakfast included in the package, making the stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

The property had a well-maintained pool and beautiful grounds. The free WiFi was a bonus that many hotels don't offer. a great stay at Gladstone Central Plaza.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the city centre. The staff were friendly, and the undercover carpark was a plus. The pool was well looked after.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked. The carpet was very stained, and there was random cleaning equipment left in the room.

I had a great experience at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of this vibrant city. There was a fantastic restaurant called Rock Salt just a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The balcony provided a relaxing space to enjoy the views, and the in-room safe provided peace of mind. the hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel is ideal for business travellers with its proximity to restaurants and shops in the city centre. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartments are spacious and offer an array of facilities, including secure underground parking, barbeque facilities, gym and pool.

One downside is that the communal breakfast is quite basic, but there are local shops nearby where guests can purchase additional breakfast items.

We had an amazing time on our recent holiday! the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was such a great benefit, and the convenience of having a laundry facility in our room made our stay much easier. the location was perfect, near all of the attractions we wanted to see. Plus, the friendly staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

While we had an overall positive experience, there were a few minor issues. the breakfast advertised as “included” was actually just continental and self-serve, which was a bit disappointing.
